"Staff (Arrienne?) was great at check in. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. The free breakfast was good, though the food service area gets crowded at times. The location was absolutely fantastic. We were within walking distance of the Art museum, University Circle and the University Hospital system. The plumbing was a negative – you had to flush the toilet twice every time you used it and the sink in our kitchen it seemed to be backed up. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel."

The walls were thin enough that we could hear our neighbor’s conversation. The room was comfortable. There is a lot to see and do within walking distance. "
