The staff are lovely and helpful— our ferry was cancelled and they helped us secure an accommodation for an extra night as well as calling our additional reservations to inform them of the scenario. "There was poor communication through email as host did not respond in time. Not very convenient location as it is far from the port and any major city. We were not provided the free shuttle service that was advertised from the port to the facility and there is also no laundry facilities at this location which was also advertised. Communication only improved after We tried to talk through WhatsApp. Overall would not recommend this place. They tried selling us a package deal for a sunset tour but...
