"The Hotel was centrally located to train station and attractions. Upon arrival the reception area was quite dark. Staff was unable to communicate room check in and procedures. Friendly however awkward."

"Our stay at this resort was very disappointing and far from what we expected from a holiday destination. Check-in starts at 4 pm while check-out is at 10 am, leaving guests with limited time to enjoy their stay. On arrival, many guests were left sitting in the scorching sun waiting for someone to appear at reception, as staff are only available during designated hours despite this being a large resort.
