Lovely spot in CBD. Very straight for forward checkin. Two bedroom apart only came with four towels though and the beds and pillows were a bit of a struggle. Nice overall though

We found the staff to be welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We had a lower floor apartment (on request) which was well appointed and spotless. Having a laundry option was important to us as we were staying for 7 days over Christmas. The pool facilities were also an incentive for booking. The food options in the area were fantastic for both breakfasts and dinners. We used First Parking, 558 Little Bourke Street and paid for 7 days. Unlimited entry/exit. Only a few mins walk to Aspire. We would highly recommend and would use again on a future visit to Melbourne.

They were happy to move us to a bigger rooms when requested. The reception staff were kind, friendly and helpful especially Katherine and Johanne. Pool and spa were great but recommend a handle bars be available for getting in and out of the indoor spa. I have bad arthritis you see.
