We loved the room and the layout was fantastic. Would have liked a 2nd bathroom as we were in a 2 bedroom apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Have booked again for next year - location is ideal for getting to the tennis.

Love these apartments. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nice rooms with everything you need - iron, fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower, big fridge, air -con and ours had a balcony. Also loved having a large lounge which was more than two seats. Close to tram, Coles, plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and a quick tram ride to the city.

We stayed for a week with young kids and it was so good to have the extra space. The place was modern, clean, bright, had a nice terrace, a kitchen that you could actually cook in and everything was in good working order. Having parking on site was really nice. There also parks for kids nearby and grocery/gas/restaurants in walking distance. The only downside that I didn’t expect was the reception hours are limited and we had to check in and out on our own. Not a big deal just unexpected. Maybe it was written somewhere. I also messaged a couple times thru Expedia and didn’t hear back. They only contacted me the day before check in with the info. But it all turned out fine and we enjoyed our stay. Also note that cleaning is only once a week. Would have been better if it was in the middle of our stay rather than towards the end. Would recommend and would go back.

Love the Caroline Apartments, second time staying. Beautiful rooms, comfortable like a home away from home. Only 2 minor things, some of the kitchen cabinet hinges had broken so open and closing some of the doors proved difficult, also we were there 3 nights with a family of 4 I felt like having some sort of bin even in the basement would be good so that we could dispose of shopping bags, food containers etc as the small bin in the kitchen was not enough and I felt bad leaving bags of rubbish in the room for the cleaner. The service, the apartment itself and the location is perfect, couldn’t fault it. Thank you for having us!
