Once we turned the air-conditioning on we couldn't turn it off, adjust the fan setting we had to keep turning the temp up. The tv remote was dodgy, when you changed the chanel or volume it would turn the tv off. One of the bathroom doors would close properly and the toilet needed repeated flushes every time. The staff were really nice though.

Room service needs further improvements, previous guest left over plastic waterbottle was under the bedside desk not cleaned. Day 1 breakfast could not serve as per the menu.
