"Newly reburbished, stylish and modern. Tastefully fitted and decorated room and bathrooms and throughout the hotel. Comfortable bed, quality sleep although wish pillows were more firm. Free bottle of sparkling included with our booking as a Hotels.com VIP member, but it wasnt waiting for us when we arrived in our room so we did have to ask front desk to send it up. In room dining was decent and very quick. We ordered ribs and chips, with a side of baby veggies. Self service Club lounge was handy for a quick snack / drink. I did not get to use the pool, gym, sauna or spa this trip but my husband who has stayed before tells me the facilities are very good. This hotel offers excellent value for money, considering the good city location with quality service and facilities, highly recommended. Will return as we travel regularly to Melbourne for business.
