"The room was too warm to sleep in, so these 2 nights were not very restful. The staff could not change due to the energy strategy of the hotel. The question is for what you pay. A shame, because the rest was good, eg. personnel was very friendly. Secondly, the hotel still has a reserved amount on my credit card, even when everything has been paid for. I do not see this as correct."

"A really lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean and the facilities are amazing. My room was lovely. Usb ports so no adapter needed. No complaints. Breakfast was also lovely, a very wide selection of foods on offer. My only negative comment is that when I arrived to check in at around 10pm there was not a staff member in sight. No notice on the desk and no call bell to ring. After almost 15 mins a staff member appeared. She said she'd been handling some room service. I think a notice on the desk may...

"Excellent hotel which we use couple of times a year"

"Great hotel close by airport with a courtesy shuttle. No dining choices adjacent to property so we dined here and were impressed. Great choice for making an early am flight. Helpful, friendly staff at every encounter."

"It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel is in a good location but not so close to the main attractions of the city. A 25 or 30 minute walk which is ok for us. We used taxi many times to save time."

"The location appears to be in an area that is in progress, it is a bit out of central Brussels but easily accessible by tram which is right outside the door. Breakfast was good (extra cost), although we weren’t charged for my granddaughter on one day then charged the next, got a bit of attitude from the waitress when confronted. "This hotel was good value for the price and location was excellent. The room did have a musty smell and they only cleaned once during our five night stay. The self service was relatively easy...but i would have appreciated cleaning at least every other day. Location was excellent. Loved the restaurant across the street...we ate there twice...and we could walk to the Michelin Guide Vietnamese which was also excellent. Near shopping and the metro so easy to get to the train station for the...
