"We arrived at 4 for our check in time, a room was not available until 5, only one elevator working so we had to use stairs with all luggage and 4 children up 4 flights. No extra blankets or pillows even though we said we had 4 children and two adults so clearly needed the pin out sofa. Valets were rude."

"Just relaxing"

"I arrived past midnight for check-in. The property didn't feel entirely safe as I had to part round back and it was not very well lit. The banging of doors along the corridor was very loud in the morning and I could nearly hear the entire conversation of a man in the next room at 2 am. However, it was close to the airport and cheap."
