"We booked through Expedia for 3 nights. Because of a medical emergency requiring us to drive 10 hours back to RI we had to leave a day earlier than expected. "It was dissociating experience. Bed was terrible, soft and noisy. I could understand if a hotel room didn’t have an iron, but charging $100 and not even providing shampoo or a hair dryer is absolutely unacceptable. The rooms were also very old and unattractive. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

"A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. "

"We checked in at approximately 4 PM. We were assigned a room on the first floor. They don't have screens in their windows so there were flying insects in the room(the area has a bug called a Midge). There were a handful of them smashed on the counter of the bathroom and on the walls as the window was left open before we arrived. Also, the TV did not work at all except for the guide, but you could not change channels or adjust the volume. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. I do believe...
