"Staff would not allow me to do late check out. I asked twice on 2 different dates. But then when I went to check out at 11:20, they charged me $50 for late check out even though I left the room at 11:00 and it took me 20 minutes to catch the elevator and put my things in the car. They refunded me the money but still charged me $67 even though Hotels.com said it would only be an extra $58. Lastly, it was difficult at times catching the elevators as they were packed and the bathrooms are really small"

"This is a solid 3 star property, nothing more. Great location. Didn’t eat at the restaurant and didn’t go looking to interact with staff. The ones we did talk with were all fine."

"Entire property was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the room had amenities like a coffee maker and hair dryer. Elevators had keycard access and there was onsite 24 hr security. Valet parking in attached garage us available for additional charge. There’s an indoor pool and workout room."
