"Excellent hotel in a great location near to Pino Saurez subway station.Very clean and the service was very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many options. The gym was well equipped and overall a wonderful stay. 15 minute walk to the Zócalo with many cafes and restaurants nearby. I would definitely return here for my next visit to Mexico City."

"The property is excellent: very clean, spacious rooms, nice restaurant and coffee shop, with staff that were professional and kind. My only complaint is that I couldn't contact the property in advance to set up the airport shuttle, and that when I took it to the airport it runs only on the hour (not half hour) so I had to arrive very early for my flight. Not a major deal, but worth noting."

The room was adequate for what you pay for, certainly nothing fancy. My only complaint is that they lack a fan in the bathroom for ventilation."

"My partner and I stayed here for a week and had a lovely suite. The location is great - we were walking distance from so many museums and galleries. The Zocalo was always busy with activity and things to do and see. The only issues are that the area is very loud. Lots of people yelling and selling and playing music during the day and evening. It was quiet at night though, so it was not difficult to sleep. Having an afternoon nap or rest was not the best though. There is very little in the way...

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"Nice place to stay. Near the Zócalo and other places so it is a good area, especially when grabbing an Uber. Outside the area is not that great but, don’t be discouraged we felt safe with a young child. Lots of street vendors in the China town area, not sure what it’s called. The hotel itself is simple, exactly what we needed. Spacious rooms and great shower. Just took a while for the water to heat up. The strange window in the shower was sketchy but realized it’s for ventilation. The worse for...

"EL Hotel esta super lindo, moderno, muy limpio, agradable, me parecio economico, buen wifi, esta muy cerca de la alameda, de bellas artes. sali a caminar y sin mas ya estaba ahi, hay muchas tiendas, restaurantes, el metro muy cerca, tambien a 3 cuadras, y ya te conectas con todo. y lo mejor el hotel tiene servicio de taxi al aeropuerto me cobraron 280 pesos en un buen vehiculo. toda mi experiencia fue genial, ahh y el bufete desayuno muy rico tambien. super recomendado."
