"The staff was excellent and very quick and efficient in helping us arrange a taxi. The room upgrade was a special touch and greatly appreciated. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The only small note I would mention is that the sleeping pillows felt a bit lightweight and could use a little improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect."

"Absolutely best location! It was right in the middle of the everything!
I could not be more happier with the hotel itself. Our room was amazing once we stepped in and the view was perfect. We were very immersed in the city and we could easily access just by stepping outside.
The staff were also amazing! They were the friendliest and most welcoming community. It really felt like a second family. Thank you guys!!
