The staff was friendly, helpful in suggesting restaurants and making sure we had everything we needed. As a bonus each morning there would be a box delivered to our door with sweet pastries and savory sandwiches from a local bakery! Fabulous start to our day combined with the complimentary coffee and teas already available."

"Lovely hotel, though we were in a room next to the lift which was surprisingly noisy. Our bathroom (which turned out to be a shower room) was beautifully fitted but unreasonably small. The terrace was fine but overhyped as it is confined with multitudes of tourists streaming past which felt far from luxurious. Considering how overwhelmingly busy the location is, a roof terrace would be preferable. The staff were wonderful and the concierge, Dario, was marvellous."
