"We LOVED our stay here! It was so central to everything that we would literally walk back just to go to the bathroom. The room and lobby area were so cute. Great AC for the hot summer heat and our favorite touch was that the lobby had cold water on tap (sparkling and still) and a little espresso bar with treats as well. "This is a hodge hodge set-up for a hotel. We had three adults and one child. They only allowed OME key fob and one set on keys to go through several mazes. They refused to allow each adult their own key fob due to past guests not turning them in. That made no sense as they are plastic. This meant we could not travel and do our own thing because you couldn’t get into room. I asked again and was told emphatically “NO. “ They said I could ask at the front desk to be let into my paid room...

"I can’t imagine staying in a better place in Florence! It is so centrally located and in the middle of all the “action.” Our hosts were wonderful, the communication before and during our stay was very helpful and gracious. The room was comfortable and spacious and although I didn’t get to use the balcony much because of the heat, it was nice to step out occasionally for some great views. Highly recommended!!"

"We stayed at the Brunelleschi for three nights, and everything about the hotel is perfect. Although it's a bit difficult navigating to the hotel through the narrow streets of Florence, the staff was very helpful in getting us close, where a bell hop was waiting to direct us the rest of the way. Then they arranged for a driver from the garage to pick up and return the car when we checked out. Not enough emphasis seems to go to the maids who tend to the rooms, but the efforts to make our rooms up...
