"This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and hospitable they made sure we had everything we needed even met us outside the hotel and took our bags to our room. Gave us recommendations about the surrounding area and told us about the history of the building. The murals on the ceiling are so beautiful the rooms are just stunning I will 1000000% re-book this room when I come back to Florence "

"We had an easy check-in. Friendly staff welcomed us and we settled in quickly so we could enjoy the sites. We walked to all tours and restaurants. The restaurant next door was so good, we ate their twice! The property is well located to everything - food, shopping and more!"

"Great hotel near the center. Walking distance to everything. I enjoyed the quality of the hotel and the roof top bar was amazing. Good service. Rooms were a little small but not sure if that was because of my budget or whether the hotel rooms were just smaller due to the type/age of the building. All in all I would recommend and most of your time is spent outdoors anyway. "

The staff were all amazing, and the gentleman at the front desk was especially friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was outstanding—honestly the best breakfast we had during our entire two-week trip in Italy. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for our early morning departure. It's the best location, overlooking the San Lorenzo Cathedral, a 2-minute walk to the Central Market, and a short walk to the main attractions and the train station. It was not easy to find a room for a family of three in Italy, so I didn't expect to stay in such a spacious room. The library on the second floor was very beautiful. I wish I could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this...
