"So you save a dollar a day by making the soap , shampoo, and conditioner squirt tiny drops at a time but by the time a guest has stood there for several minutes pumping and pumping just to get enough to wash their hair, you've more than lost it in guest perception of the hotel. Not to mention the likely cost of the water, just standing there pumping. It feels very much like the sort of thing where you pinched a penny but helped your guest in the eye, leaving them with a very sour perception of the hotel."

"It was a nice hotel reasonably priced and the breakfast buffet was served hot, fresh and pretty good. I just didn’t realize the room was soooo small. I felt like I was in a closet."

"A New York City apartment with room to move around! Very nice shower and bathroom. Staff were very nervous very. The location in Midtown is perfect for us. We will definitely return for future visits."
