"When we arrived at our room and walked in the beds were all disheveled, bathroom a mess and room was a mess. Got switched to another room, smelt like stale smoke when we walked in. Beds were uncomfortable with one pillow. When I took a shower it was warm at best. And for the price we paid because it was a graduation weekend makes it more infuriating. Never again!"

"The inn is very pretty. Make sure to have all the instructions available before you arrive. We arrived late at night, nobody was at the front desk and cell phone reception was terrible so it took me a bit of time to find the room number and code to get in. Be ready to take stairs to get to your room. The room was beautiful and so clean. We never got to see any staff on site, but our short stay was very pleasant."

"AC was good, its a quaint little motel room, rustic like its location, nothing soecial. There is no front desk so checkin was a little crazy cause they removed the lock box info from the app for some reason but expedia got me in. There is no human being to talk to at the property or by phone."

"We enjoyed staying at the Queen of Catskills B&B. Both husband and wife are very personable and make you feel welcome. We stayed in the yellow room so we could have our own bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great. The clawfoot bathtub looked great but was steep and slated at the bottom. "Visiting Oneonta to attend baseball games at Cooperstown All Star Village. It is a short 10 minute drive away. A clean and comfortable hotel near a small shopping mall. Staff was overly welcoming and attentive to our questions and to provide assistance. This general manager has surely established a professional atmosphere as exhibited by the employees we met and our observation of the overall appearance of the hotel. A quiet atmosphere for families and a pool for the young at heart. ...

"Since we travel with our bog having a pet-friendly place to stay is important. We come to this area often so our pet has come to know the staff and what to expect. The rooms have always clean and well stocked. Breakfast is very well staffed and keeps the offerings well stocked. The amount of choices is excellent."
