Great place and would stay again. Need better coordination for box lunch between kitchen and reception. Receptionist ( Evelyn) could be more forthcoming and helpful. Excellent support from the hotel’s staff. Good customer service. Nice building arquitecture and awesome lobby and pool. Well located between the downtown and paseo montejo.

Overall ok, but the TV is all in spanish and there is no option to use our Netflix account which is quite common in all hotels.
