"The check in staff were extremely helpful and kind. The property is wonderfully located near the tram up to Harder Kulm, and the views of the surrounding river and mountains are a treat. I opted to include breakfast in our stay and it was well worth it; an array of options and the food was delicious. The property has a concierge who helped me plan my day with information on how to get to sites, and the opportunity to purchase my train tickets on site. I have nothing but great things to say...

"This hotel is in a great location on the side of a cliff, with spectacular views overlooking the valley. The restaurant had the best patio view, along with excellent food. The staff were incredibly friendly, the included breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and the rooms were thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The laundry facilities were a great bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."
