"I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after."

"The apartment itself was spacious and reasonably clean, and the kitchen was adequately equipped with the basics, including tea, coffee and milk sachets. The beds were comfortable enough for a short stay. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. The floors clearly hadn't been cleaned properly as our socks were dirty within minutes of walking around, and the grout in the bathroom floor was very grubby. The biggest issue by far was the noise. The apartment is surrounded by bars, and...

"The apartment did the job for a busy conference. It's obviously meant more for party groups for the rest of the year, but it was clean and well located. Problems include - broken toilet seat, kitchen bin missing a lid, some mould or rot in the corner of one of the windowsills. Guests should be aware there is a lot of noise late into the night from the clubs and bars outside, but thats a reality of the location. But really the only think I had a real issue with was the terrible smell and...

"Lovely room great location"

"Lovely property, we were really pleased with the size of the accommodation. All the staff were lovely, really helpful and attended to anything we needed immediately. Natalie was especially friendly and helpful when we phoned the day before to check in and when we arrived she was a lovely and welcoming. Same goes for all the staff. Brilliant location - easy to walk to the dock and main areas. Highly recommend."

"The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam"

"sejour en demi teinte ,appartement bien place en centre ville.par contre pas de chauffage ,il a fait froid et humide . on n'avais pas wifi non plus. si on rajoute l'impossibilité de joindre des responsables pour reglé les problemes.plusieur numero on été testé et des messages ont été laissé sur la messagerie, sans resultats"

"Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road."
