"Lovely staff and area perfect for overnight stay "

"Super convenient location, just a short walk from Earl's Court underground station, where we took the train directly from the airport. Check in was wonderful! The receptionist was lovely and made us feel right at home. The washrooms in the apartment left a little to be desired (bathtub was not operational and sink stoppers did not work well) but otherwise very clean and well equipped. "Check-in was quick. As an Accor member early check-in is allowed if available. Location is excellent, just a short distance from the Tube: Charing Cross and Enbankment. Walking distance to Westminister, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, the Strand, Covent Garden, Leichester Sq, and Soho.The room was large and the bed was firm. "This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great location"

"The location can't be beat. We had some miscommunication about the check in time. We were told anytime after 3 and we had said we'd be there around 6. When we arrived at 5pm, the room was not yet cleaned. It was cleaned in a hurry, so I'm not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. The room was fine but the beds were very lumpy. The laundry machine was not very clean. It was ok, not great. "

Whether preparing a full meal, a quick snack, or simply heating something up, it made everything easy and convenient. The location couldn’t be better....
