"The reviews for this property were hugely misleading and the front desk staff, Travis, was extremely rude. This property IS NOT newly renovated nor is it what I would expect for a Marriott property. Despite the inability to enter one's Marriott reward number from the Expedia site, I was told had I provided my Marriott number during booking I would have been afforded better amenities. Travis further stated I should have booked directly with Marriott, which was not his place to offer his personal opinion. It was disappointing to learn that although I requested a handicap accessible room, near the elevator, the closest accessible rooms were nearly at the end of the hallway, nowhere near the elevator. Additionally, the carpet in the hallway as well as in the room was filthy and laiden with stains. Inside the room, there was a damp, mildew smell and the bathroom tub seemed as if it could use more attention. I appreciate Melissa, the manager trying to rectify the matter after repeated requests for her to be contacted, but this is not a place I would recommend, even in a pinch."

"We always stay at the Hilton and I can’t believe this property can even claim the name. Pool and jacuzzi were drained (3/30/26), the bed was springy and the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever experienced. The shower head couldn’t be adjusted and shot water out the door the entire shower. The walls were in need of a good cleaning. Now to the worst part..the air conditioner I don’t think had a filter and within hours we both were stuffy and coughing. It sounded like a semi truck when it throws the air breaks on. Each time it reached the desired temperature we had set it did a hard loud metal stop that brought me out of sleep each time. I considered actually sleeping in the car because it was this bad and I had an important event I had to be present for in the morning. We would have complained if we had more time but we got in around midnight so unfortunately we were stuck. Stay far away. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever experienced and to top it off we were itchy the whole time."

"Suite was a good size but furniture seemed like it was scratched up by a cat and there wasn’t much of a variety when it came to their breakfast. A lot of condiments weren’t available."
