Ants were in both bathrooms and one bedroom. Messaged the property owners and they let us know that it was because of the weather change. Check-in/check out was easy. "

For a 5 night stay, the provided 1 dishwasher pod and the initial response from management was rude that this is not a hotel. Get your own stuff if you need more. There were no night stands in the bedroom which made the first night stay extremely inconvenient. However, once we shared our disappointment with the management, they were very responsive. They provided night stands and changed sheets...

Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. Guest directed me to manager. Manager refused to speak to me @ my guaranteed reservation for 2 nights, and told me Sold Out! "Room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to turn lower than 25 degrees c. Reached out several times, but just told to turn off the thermostat. Fortunately the windows opened, so we could cool the room that way. But the response from management was disappointing. The floor in the bathroom was under maintenance. It was all heaved up, which made it very uncomfortable (and potentially dangerous) to walk on. I don’t think they should have rented us this apartment with the floor...
