"1st, only 1st floor rooms given as an option. 2nd, room had a weird smell. 3rd, no coffee, tea, etc as what is normal (i have stayed here before). When asked for coffee pods, they had none. The shower drain was missing the grate/screen. I woke up in the middle of the night to a strong smell of urine. I saw a stain on the chaise lounge chair and it was soaked in urine.
