"The breakfast was fresh, stayed on the 4th floor room 414 very stuffy room even with the AC and fan on. Unable to open window in order for fresh air coming in.Room clean, but shower mat is a safety hazard because it doesn't stay stuck inside shower. Very slippery. I always put a feet towel inside to stand while showering because shower very slippery. The staffs are always nice and professional. "From the moment I walked into the lobby to check in. I was surrounded fresh scent, and friendly staff that greeted me with so much enthusiastic welcomes. "Everything was excellent. The suite was so well appointed and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchenette. (Lots more useful kitchen items could be borrowed from reception too!) Great choice of breakfast was included. The lobby had great lounging and dining areas. There was a launderette. Such a convenient location for Doentiwn and Diridon Station. "

"Room great. Facility great. Free breakfast great. Price excellent. My only issue was lack of an EV charger. I called beforehand and they said they had a charging area, but found it was only a standard 110v wall outlet. Would take three days to charge on that. But the hotel was a great value other than that. Charged at a hotel down the street. "

"Pool was ok. Room was super clean, crisp bed sheets functional lay out and no carpet was a bonus. Excellent location for SAP events and felt safe walking around the area. Close to loads of restaurants and amenities. "

"I called ahead to insure I had the room I was expecting. I spoke with a manager on site that assured me i did. I rented a suite for a friend's birthday. I arrived and was informed that just because I reserved a certain room didn't mean I could get it. They had trouble finding a room to suit what I reserved.
