"Clean and friendly"

"From the moment I walked into the lobby to check in. I was surrounded fresh scent, and friendly staff that greeted me with so much enthusiastic welcomes. I brought my father in the take him on a holiday for a couple of days. His birthday amd Easter. We had a great time there. Nice delicious breakfast and wind down with a bite to eat and a beer. "The room was nice. I needed an accessible room for a wheelchair. It was supposed to be an accessible but my daughter chair couldn’t get between the bed and the dresser with tv on it. I asked for an accessible room when I reserved the room and was at first sent a regular room. All in all if I have to bring my daughter and her wheelchair I won’t stay at this hotel. Everything else was great. "

"Room great. Facility great. Free breakfast great. Price excellent. My only issue was lack of an EV charger. I called beforehand and they said they had a charging area, but found it was only a standard 110v wall outlet. Would take three days to charge on that. But the hotel was a great value other than that. Charged at a hotel down the street. "

"I called ahead to insure I had the room I was expecting. I spoke with a manager on site that assured me i did. I rented a suite for a friend's birthday. I arrived and was informed that just because I reserved a certain room didn't mean I could get it. They had trouble finding a room to suit what I reserved. The room was dirty, the bed was unmade, towels in the floor. They couldn't move me anywhere without down grading my reservation. I had to wait an additional hour and a half. I was super...

"This is one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long long time anywhere. Excellent staff. Excellent venue. Clean. New. Easy access to everything. Quick check in. Easy parking. The room was spacious. The shower was exactly like I like it, no curtain, step in without a bath tub, just glass and wide. It is easily one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in the Bay Area and even internationally."

"The breakfast was great. They have lots of options and it is much better than the Holiday Inn that we stayed at last weekend in San Diego. They only do housekeeping every 2 days but the attendants are always around to replace towels, etc. if needed between days. We have stayed here many times before and the shuttle to the airport is great. This time we didn't need to use it."
