"The airport shuttle was prompt and the drivers were courteous and helpful. Front desk employee Jose Solorio was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The person who was checking me in immediately told me that even with a reservation, my room was not available! Jose stepped in, re-checked the computer and found a room for me immediately. Also told me the person who initially checked the computer was training. I was very relieved Jose was there to help me."

Our must-haves were two separate rooms, a full kitchen, a full-size refrigerator, a pool, and an airport shuttle. The suite was spacious and worked well for our family. "Very disappointing experience. We booked and paid for a Studio with Two Double Beds, but were given a room with one bed and an uncomfortable pull-out sofa instead. We checked in on time, yet the staff refused to provide the room we reserved and kept changing their explanation. The room wasn’t clean, and there were no pillows or bed sheets for the sofa bed. "Room was dirty like unsanitary type of dirty. I’m talking dead roaches and blood splatter on walls stayed only 8 hours tried to check out at 3ish am due to the dirty mess I didn’t see due to a long days drive I immediately took a nap. When I woke up went to shower and I seen the disgusting mess. When I tired to check out no one can to the window even when call button was pressed."
