Barceló México Reforma
Hotel was nice and.room was nice but disappointed with spa because pool was closed, steam and sauna were off, had to ask to have steam turned on which took a while then turned off while in it. No hot water or shampoo in shower. Wouldn't give me an extra hour late check out even though cleaner didn't ...

NH Collection Mexico City Reforma
Room was very spacious; hotel staff accommodated my request for two beds under short notice. Only negative thing about this hotel is that it is in a very loud area but aside from that the staff and hotel is amazing!
