"We stayed during Christmas time. It is a great location if you're looking to be central to most things in the city. This time of year is highly chaotic anywhere you go in NYC. The staff was more than helpful and understanding when we were delayed with our check-in because of flight cancellations. It was the perfect room for my daughter and I. "

"Staff was friendly and nice. Just two issues, elevator times were extremely slow at times and crowded due to how long they took. Other issue was cleanliness, when we arrived to our room we found a key card in the couch cushion when we sat down and the dirty windows ruined our view."

"I enjoyed my stay at Club Quarters. I was there for business and to visit my brother. Taffari and Jalen welcomed me at the front desk and helped me with directions and my luggage.
