Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Staff was friendly and nice. Just two issues, elevator times were extremely slow at times and crowded due to how long they took. Other issue was cleanliness, when we arrived to our room we found a key card in the couch cushion when we sat down and the dirty windows ruined our view.

ARC HOTEL Washington DC, Georgetown
The room is clean. The floor in the shower is very slippery. We were on 8th floor and the room got very hot after the warm day. Unfortunately, their system only can work as a heater OR ac, but the staff gave us a fan and we had to keep one window open. Overall the stay was good. Will be coming ...
