"Honestly facility is great and all. But no communication within staff. Was told 75 dollar deposit would get reimbursed but instead was charged per fee for my animal service dog. Originally was told no fee but next day management said that was not notified and that she didn't believe me until I brought paperwork stating is service animal. I advised was barely here from texas and would have to look through everything and just said she could reimburse if I brought paperwork work later. So inconvenient and unprofessional. Was also told tv was too loud apparently but I could barely hear it myself and was told to lower more until the morning. Just overall bad experience customer service wise"

"Breakfast was great! A pretty decent spread, although the same everyday I really can’t complain. The pool is huge, and hot tub too. Room seemed very clean minus carpet. Socks got dirty so maybe needed a shampooing. I wish the curtains closed all the way… I used a hair clip to help. Staff was all very kind. There were graduations and was a baseball tournament so a thousand kids running around and filled the pool, but they were respectful. I suspect that’s why I didn’t have a lot of hotel options when choosing a hotel. However after visiting, I think I’d come back if ever there again. Very close to everything, so the location was convenient. Quiet, too."

"No hot water in the morning. I had to ask for a hair blower and there was no coffee on Sunday morning. Breakfast on Saturday was very good but Sunday was not that great no yogurt , coffee milk or sausage"

"Wonderful redesign of an old mill property, leaving details/structures within to be appreciated. That said, the architects did not take into account the control of noise from the hallways which didn't have carpeted flooring (about half of the first floor). The ceilings, walls & floors are all hard surfaces, allowing noises like the ice machine "dropping a new batch", or suitcases bumping along on the floor, or doors closing, etc. to be readily heard inside guest rooms in those hallways. Being an historic textile mill, it would be easy to hang many examples of textiles on walls to act as sound "absorbers", among other things that could be done. Otherwise, our breakfast food was very tasty and well-prepared, and the bathroom had a great, large walk-in shower, the bed was very comfortable and their smart-TV feature is top-notch....making it very easy to log into our personal streaming subscriptions, instead of having to watch cable or satellite TV with its over-load of commercials!"
