"Clean room, appreciated the fact it was double brick with solid walls between rooms. We had a family room, and the metal bunk beds were a little noisy (squeaky) when the kids moved/rolled over. Our room was at the top of the stairs, so loud conversations from the entrance foyer carried up to our room (this continued until 1.30am). The room had a small fridge, a filled water jug and a kettle with tea/coffee facilities, as well as a bar heater to heat the room."
"Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, can recommend the lakeside room, clean , spacious and plenty big enough for long weekend stay.on site restaurant has good quality food and nice open fire for the cooleer times . Highly recommended"
"Our smart tv did not work so the guy came over but could not really fix it so went back to his office and brought back a new component to help but even then we could not see local channels and tv kept pixelating.
We watched YouTube the night we were there as couldn’t watch local channels.
Also the tap in sink in bathroom felt like it was going to come apart so we were very careful turning it on and off each time."
"A couple of minor things our room wasn't cleaned although clean towels were left. Admittedly the lady attempted to clean the room but we weren't quite ready . We were only there two nights so we were ok. The toaster was faulty."
"We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who later gave us ice and wine glasses for our use in the room. We enjoyed the complementary continental breakfast. The Motor Inn was clean and quiet.
Thank you"
"What a delightful place to stay for 3 nights! A bonus was an upgrade to a Chalet.
Friendly, helpful staff; nice kitchenette to prepare meals in; great location and views of visiting Roos outside; and great in-sight restaurant. "
"Very basic room as the photo shown on their website. However, the hot water ran out after one shower was not ideal. Service and free basic continental was good, but not fantastic. Maybe a couple of reading lamps and extra blankets for the cold night would be handy. New, basic, convenient location and rather firm mattresses. Fair value for the price you paid."
"Surrounded by a National Park with privacy plus. The only thing we couldn't seem to access was the internet connection from the main house and tried multiple times at that spot... but wouldn't accept the password we were given.
But didn't worry too much as we had our music and boom box, plus was able to work out accessing the DVD's on TV. It truly brought us back to our times before we even had phones, and was able to catch up on our sleep and recharge ourselves in the magnificent grounds and cottage for the weekend. Thank you!!! Jacqui"
