"Property was spotlessly clean, warm & comfortable. Kitchen appeared well equipped although we only used the kettle! Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay. Literally across the road from The Mailbox & a Tesco Express so very well situated. Short walk to O2 and The Alexandra Theatre."

Towels were conveniently provided, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with all the necessary appliances. However, not everything was up to par. The bedroom had a visibly cracked window and the floor was heavily stained, which was off-putting. Access to the building was a hassle due to the absence of an entry fob. Guests had to call an...
