"The reviews were really bad but it was really decent for the price. The furniture in the room was a little beat up, but I didn’t care. The place smelled good and no one bothered me-
Room was clean. Things I didn’t like was maybe the coffee Dixie cups, I mean c’mon that’s dumb- just give normal sized cups for coffee. Also the door slamming- are the doors designed to slam as loud as possible??"
"The Hotel Renegade is a great place to stay in downtown Boise. The location is close to restaurants and shops and the surrounding area is safe and friendly. The hotel lobby is very cute and the rooms are very classy. The bed was a little harder than I’m used to but not uncomfortable. We stayed on the 7th floor and pretty sure we were right under the rooftop bar so we heard a lot of banging through the late night but we were able to drown the noise with the sound machine. Room was spacious for our family of 3 and the bathroom was amazing! I wish every hotel had a shower like the one here!
Overall great hotel and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Boise again."
"The staff was very friendly. Overall the quality of the hotel does not reflect in the price. The furniture and fixtures are super worn down, the pool and restaurant weren’t open the entire time we were there Thurs-Mon. But the room was comfortable and mostly clean."
"The hotel was nice and sufficient for our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only concerns were the hotel didn't have breakfast and only cleans room every fourth day of stay so you will have to exchange towels at front desk each day."
"We never stayed at Urban Suites Hotel, apparently they could not find our reservations, their system could not see our name. We told him we were leaving and We left with no where to stay for 5 days. We went to my daughter's home and searched for another hotel. We ended up paying more since it was last minute. Urban Suites had a horrible smell of stale cigarette smoke and the indoor pool was out of order for another 2 weeks according to front desk. He just said "sorry" no explanation as to how this happened."
"we stay at my place hotels when ever we travel...they have recliners and you are able to cook your own breakfast on their stoves...only drawback was only one chair for the table....but were able to bring on in from their lounge area...."
