"Food staff were nice and trying hard to keep up with backlog of guests at breakfast, but it was a struggle. Water for hot tea was cold. Coffee ran out."
"I had a very unpleasant experience at this property. I was assigned to Room 219, which is in desperate need of renovation. The toilet seat and bathtub were peeling and scraped, and the front door was difficult to close. The heater was so loud that it woke me up every half hour throughout the night, and the TV connectivity was unreliable.
To make matters worse, the staff was not particularly friendly, and I was incorrectly charged at the front desk for a room I had already pre-paid for via Hotels.com. Between the poor maintenance and the billing issues, I will not be returning. "
"The Inn is beautiful and located a quick two-minute drive from Susquehanna University and just at the end of the Main Street with all of the shops and restaurants. It was clean and elegant. The room was spacious and modern. The bathroom was large and full of thoughtful touches and fluffy, thick towels. The dining room was stocked with cookies, cake, and coffee throughout the day, and in the morning there was a lovely continental breakfast in a cheerful, sunny breakfast room. Will stay again when visiting my son at college. "
"Breakfast was delicious and constantly refurbished. But my favorite part of the day was the customer service of Kyrie. She had texted me as soon as I had checked in that if I had any questions at all to please let her know. I was trying to use the TV in my room to watch the NASA splash down and there were several texts exchanged while she helped me find live TV and NBC. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. "
"The staff were super helpful and friendly, everything was clean. the outdoor patio was very nice . Hot tub and pool were spacious. Would definitely stay here again."
"Bathroom dirty, hair in tub. Left over food and drink in the refrigerator. Barely any water pressure, room was probably painted over 20 years ago. Carpet dirty. "
