I had a question at one point and got a response within 10 minutes on WhatsApp from Numa, answering and resolving our question. We had a great stay!"

"Amazing hotel in the heart of the city. Easy to catch a tram or metro. Also very close to duomo. The front door opens up and you found yourself in this amazing hotel .. it is almost like you are travelled in back in time. Just like in those old Italian movies. "

"If I could give this property 10 stars, I would. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The hotel was so clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. The breakfast is worth the $ if it isn’t included in your room rate - huge selection of eggs, bacon, toast, freshly baked pastries, yogurt bar, made to order coffee, fresh juices, champagne, etc. The location is unbearable!! Cannot wait to come back for another stay!"
