The location has facial recognition so you do not need to carry around extra keys. It is really safe in that area and taxis are always available. Housekeeping was great, front desk great. my interest or potential option i see to improve could be room service as it takes forever i.e. I ordered a dessert, 40 min for a call back that there out of apple pie an another hour to deliver chocolate cake!
