"I had a great stay very clean and breakfast was great"

"The gentleman at the front desk checked us in, then canceled the whole reservation. Had a refund issued to me and the second day asked me to use another card to rebook the stay. The door on our rom wouldnt close properly. They didn't have enough staff to fix the door, the whole 5 days of our stay. We scheduled them to clean our room the second day. They came 2 days later to clean. The pictures for this place are outdated and the rooms look nothing like what's listed."

"We were looking for a pet-friendly hotel for our cat on very short notice, and this hotel turned out to be the perfect choice. It was only about three minutes from where we needed to go, and having a kitchenette made our stay even more comfortable. "Staff were great. Room was so-so. Holes in carpet, black stuff in corners of tub, refrigerator was loud, black out curtains too small to cover window. Only maid service in 3 days was one fresh set of towels. Breakfast had good variety but they ran out of number of items after the first morning and they weren’t restocked. Price of room was jacked up because of Morgan Wallen concert in Ann Arbor. Otherwise we were glad to even have a room."

"When we arrived the network was down so we had to wait about 30 minutes to check in. The hardworking desk staff was checking in people by hand which led to a lot of confusion about room availability. I expected a lot better from Hilton. "

"Overall, I had a great stay. The hotel was clean and located in an excellent downtown area, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions and convenient to get in and out of the city. The only minor issue was some noise from the air conditioning condenser, but it wasn't enough to impact my stay. The room was otherwise comfortable and well-maintained."

When they couldn't switch over our TV to our fire stick the front desk was quick to help by bringing a different remote so we could be accommodated! I will definitely be back here!!"
