"Room was very clean, staff was amazing, only reason I could not give a 5 star review was due to room location.
Directly across from front deck and close to front door, this causes a lot of noise just outside our room.
Food in the resteraunt was very good as well. "
"First off, when we got in room. No TV remote. Went to call front desk, no phone in room! Then he came and brought us a remote. But could only watch news. Then getting ready for dinner looking for towels, not any in room and not even a place for them. There was a used bar of soap next to sink..not know who used it. No shampoo, but a used tube of tooth paste. No extra towel paper, again no towels for whirlpool. No coffee pot. They advertise great breakfast 12 cup coffeemaker in lobby with just cereal, no fruit, no pastries.
So no clock, no phone, no coffee pot. No towels. Will not ever be going back!@"
"Pillows are flat, heat in room takes forever to warm up and we were second floor. Front desk staff didn’t stay at front desk has to ring a ring door bell. No elevator. No jets in the hot tub. Concrete in the pool/hot tub area cracking and falling apart."
"The room was dirty, cob webs in the corners and mens beard hair all over the sink, long hairs all over the bathroom and bed. Floors were sticky. For the price i expected better, not perfect, but better."
"This location is nice compared to other lodging options in the area. It’s definitely due for a refresh and update. Showing typical aging signs, but clean overall. Mattresses were both very worn out and sagging. Alarm clock and small appliances in the room are out of date but functioning. Would like lights to operate by a switch rather than individual lamps. Again, minor inconveniences.
Sauna was not working and there was no sign posted about this. That was a disappointment but not a deal breaker.
Most important is that the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. "
