"I generally dislike writing a negative review. Our experience was less than desirable. I paid for the hotel in March, we checked in May 15th around 8:45, they did not have our reservation in their system. I showed them my receipt from Hotels.com, the evening supervisor on duty said that Hotels.com never transferred the reservation over to the hotel. They wanted to charge me again so we would have a place to stay. Why would I do this? He finally called the manager and was told to use the sledgehammer method. He said basically we are going to charge there account. This took over 45 minutes before we had a room. We arrived in the room the sheets had not been laundered and the room was not clean. We requested another room and they honored it. Dissatisfied experience with the reservation and the room. Location was great."

"Do not stay here!!! The toilet seat was broken, the shower water was very slow and the faucet was broken, and the hallways smelled of bad spicy food!!! When I checked in, I signed the “incidentals” pad that stated that two pets were allowed. Hours After I checked in and my family fell asleep, the front desk staff kept calling me to charge me an extra $50 for my dog!!! No more!!! This place isn’t worth a nickel! The phone calls were very threatening and degrading! Fearing what was next after being harassed so late at night, I immediately grabbed my precious little dog emotional support animal and my daughter and left.., We felt much safer sleeping in our car than this awful place! and then they refused to return my money through hotels .com after they told me to cancel the room! Now I have to deal with credit card company. Terrible place. Don’t waste your time or money."
