"Everything was excellent, from caring staff, property condition and food. Please note that there is no lift, but they take your bags up and down (2-4 floors). Free coffee/tea in their cafe/bar. Onsen was also very good. Room was spacious and we were allowed an early check-in. Highly recommended if you are visiting Chuzengi. Take care driving up the winding road during winter."

"山奥です。施設周辺は夜の買い物がやや不便です。正直それを好む方がオススメです。ちゃんと昼間に買い出ししてればキッチンでとっても楽しく料理出来ます。朝はデッキでとても気持ちよくコーヒー飲んで過ごせました。いくつか果物を頂きました。是非エン ジョイして欲しいです。"
