I don’t normally post complaints but I am in this case - the room smelt horrible - it was hot with no air - we stayed for 2 nights and nobody came to make the bed or clean the unit - the website says pool, sauna and hot tub but non of it is in operation , very misleading to people looking for a pool ...

Clarion Lakeside Inn & Conference Centre
There is still no restaurant or food services of any kind. No uber eats or skip the dishes available either. So starving is a distinct possibility if you cant go out for any reason. The service, room and hotel are otherwise very clean, comfortable, beautifully appointed and great.

Rooms were great. Attention to detail was above and beyond (ground coffee, instant, pods and tea available, with various sweeteners and cream/coffeemate). Great for that first cuppa in the morning. Really appreciated the oatmeal too! Nicole was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there ...
