"We stayed 4 nights. Location was great but since we stayed less than 6 nights they didn’t do room service which was sort of a let down. Having to wash your towels and stack bags of garbage was not the greatest but it’s a limited staffed counter with remote check in/check out access so just be prepared with that in mind. "Randor was a great place to stay for a family of 4. It was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Throughout or trip we often went to the grocery store to pick up ingredients to cook something up. We loved the small kitchenette and the sitting area to eat! It was a super peaceful place to reside in Kyoto. Highly recommend to other families."

"The Nol Hotel was very easy to get to from Kyoto Station and it is centrally located- close to the Nishiki Market and the busy shopping district. We loved walking around the neighborhood, exploring the shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. We really liked the small lobby and enjoyed making origami animals with the colorful paper provided.

"Room is big with 2 beds that could fit 2 persons each so me and my daughter slept comfortably. However, had the beds been a western single there could be more floor space for luggage and walking. Our bidet was faulty (runs out of water quickly so button had to be pressed often) but I didn’t let that bother me. "The room is even better in person. Really big, you can tell that everything is new. The hotel provided more than I was expecting. Location is great, near to bus stops and train station, supermarkets and restaurants. If I ever go back to Kyoto, I'd definitely gonna go back to the same place. "
