We stayed at 3 Fairfields during our trip in Japan and they were all really solid. Beds are big and comfy. They don't have a restaurant/breakfast, but they sell some snacks/drinks/soups and there's a little kitchen area with a microwave etc.

My boyfriend and I were traveling to Kyoto. We didn’t realize how far it would be to travel back and forth from the hotel to Kyoto. Luckily the staff was able to give us a refund for the other two nights. They made sure we felt comfortable and that everything was going to be okay. During our stay we got to experience the scenery of the beautiful town and the people were so sweet. The stay wasn’t apart of our itenerary but in a way I’m glad we got to experience a town apart from the city. Highly recommend to get away from the city and explore the beau

It was a convenient hotel to stop on our bike route. Once we arrived, we realized it was the perfect hotel for the evening. A quiet place to have a good rest. The staff were exceptional, friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful, fresh and clean. We highly recommend staying at the Fairfield by Marriott if you can, you won’t be disappointed!

This is far from Kyoto. It is about a two hour train drive unless you have a car rental. The staff, service and facilities all made up for it. Excellent service especially Johnson who coordinated a safe transfer of my 75-year-old mom from the train to the hotel. Thank you!

The staff are super friendly and helpful! There is free water, coffee, and tea, and packet of miso soup. The hotel overall is very clean, safe, and spacious enough. The bed was SOOOOOO comfy! The only food option is the place next door which has limited hours so plan ahead and bring food! The walk from the train station isn’t that bad but it is steep on some parts. If you get there late at night, use your flashlight on your phone but otherwise it’s an ok walk. There are also no elevators so if you’re bringing luggage keep that in mind. Also for the train, make sure you buy or grab appropriate tickets from prior stations if IC isn’t available, otherwise you will get yelled at by the conductor. Would visit again! The area is quaint and lovely!

お部屋が広く清潔でとても快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの皆様も笑顔で丁寧にご対応下さいました。電車は1時間に1本でしたが、景色も良くジョギングも気持ちよかったです。夜間の駅からの道が暗くて怖かったので周辺だけマイナス1にしましたが、また泊まりたいホテルです。

何もない田舎風景を満喫できるハイテクホテル

フェアフィールドバイマリオットホテルは、めっちゃオシャレで快適空間！ 道の駅に隣接されているから快適。 特に今回の京都みなみやましろ村は、お茶の産地だから抹茶ソフト、ほうじ茶プリンなどのスイーツや、地元でとれた野菜をつかった朝食、ランチや、朝の茶粥定食が最高に美味かった！ ちょっと高めのベッドはフカフカだけど…… 人生２回目のベッドからの転落は高低差あって 痛かった（笑）連泊の翌朝にベッド柵をお願いして装着しちゃいました。 最寄駅はＪＲ関西本線月ヶ瀬駅！ 小高い場所にある駅は無人駅、走る電車は１両のワンマン電車で、山の中を走る風景に癒されました。
