"No hand soap. Air conditioner had a mildew foul smell."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"I have stayed here off and on for 5 years. First thing was they asked for my credit card to charge incidental, $40.00. If I didn't have issues, I would get it back. The second thing was my room, 218, was so covered up in strong room deodorant, it choked me, made my eyes water. It was terrible. "The manager was very helpful. I thought that he couldn’t find my second room reservation, but it turned out that when Expedia asked me for the person name for the second room, they actually put that person‘s name on the reservation, even though I was making the reservation and paying for both rooms. So a note – if you’re reserving more than 1 room for traveling companions or family members, put your name on all of the rooms."
