"The staff was accommodating. We came in very late (I called ahead to let them know). The room itself smelled like musty carpet and the fridge smelled so bad we did not put our food into it. The bed was clean, however. The shower did not work. There was no ice machine. The second safety lock on the door was broken. "
"If you want a bed to lay your head on for one night, this place will do. Don’t expect shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer or a clock. And if you don’t want to climb steep stairs up to the second floor, there will be an extra $15 charge to stay on the bottom floor."
"The door lock was broken, so obviously our door wouldn't lock. What was supposed to be shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower was actually just body lotion and 2 bottles of conditioner, as well as the hand "soap" was actually just body lotion. The curtains were literally ripped off completely halfway down."
"At check in the attendant was very rude. To the point I believe they were raciest. Then after waking the next day, I found someone had tried to get into my car. Finger prints all over the gas lid and door handles. I won’t be staying here again."
"They advertised an accessible room, and I reserved one. The bedroom part was great, comfortable bed, good lighting, clean. The bathroom was definitely not ADA compliant. Only grab bars were in the shower stall, which had a sloped middle to it that almost made me slip. The towel rack was on the other side of the bathroom from where you got into the shower stall, and no way to hang the towels near the shower stall. The toilet was difficult to get off of, since there were no grab bars around it. I had to pry myself up using the door handle on the door going into the bathroom.
The parking situation is horrendous, with no designated handicap spot anywhere near the accessible room. I had to park half a block away from my room, and it took all I had to get my luggage back and forth. I'm sure there are better options in the area! "
