"Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. Also be mindful when going if you are a light sleeper,, the walls are super thin you can hear everything from other rooms and floor above "

"The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. "This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica.It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine."

"Clean room. Rustic setting with beautiful surroundings. Great water pressure in the hotel portion. Staff responded promptly to WhatsApp messages. Not too far (30 minutes drive) from the town of Pucon. I would have liked to have had access to a kettle to make my own coffee and tea in my hotel room (they had these in the cabins) and an iron to press my own clothing as this was a wedding event. I did use the hotel laundry services to re: press my suit and shirt and they did a great job for $10....
