"Was a mixed experience, overall nice hotel, good rooms. However our A/C leaked water and dripped down into the bed. The staff helped with a new room in the middle of the night, which sorted it out. It was not optimal, but the staff was very kind!"

"Sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, ebenso das Bad. Der Blick auf den See war toll. Das Personal war hilfreich und hat u.a. Tipps zum Essen gehen außerhalb des Hotels gegeben. Das Stadtzentrum von Kandy und der See sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einzig der Pool lädt nicht besonders zum Schwimmen ein. Aber wäre er sauberer, hätte man beim Baden im obersten Stock einen tollen Blick über Kandy gehabt."
