"We had a wonderful stay at Bask Hotel at Big Rock Landing. Our waterfront master suite was spacious and well appointed, with a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, a sitting area, and a lovely balcony overlooking the water. There was even room to set up the full size ironing board in a separate area and the bathroom had plenty of shelving for a longer stay.
We also enjoyed the calm, mostly adult atmosphere. The hotel feels classy and is far enough from the nightlife that we weren’t disturbed at night.
The only thing to know for a longer stay is that, without housekeeping service (it is upon request), you may need to empty your own trash and pick up fresh towels. That was OK with us. We’d rather leave all our things out without housekeeping coming in. The staff was always accommodating when we asked, so it was a minor inconvenience. We’d happily stay again and already made future reservations."
