"Overall nice. However go with your wet suit or be prepared for COLD water in the water park. I also wasn’t a fan of their parking situation either get valet or the garage for a large price or walk a good distance to and from your vehicle. We stayed recently in the “winter” months and we were woken up early by them cleaning and prepping the outdoor area for spring/summer. Not the easiest place to go to “relax” overall my kids had fun but we won’t rush back that’s for sure. "

"Loved having a shuttle to take us to our main event! Everything was clean! Breakfast was okay. Hot tub had the same things floating in it everyday we were there so we didn’t use it. The elevator broke down after our first night and we had one more night to go. It wasn't back in order before we left so we had to take our luggage down the stairs to leave. Staff was very friendly and despite the downsides, the stay was good."

"It says newly renovated, but they just slapped some paint on the place. There was some sauce splattered on the wall in our room, the phone didn't work, and when asked about a crib, they came to our room and said they didn't have one that was safe for a baby. No towels were in the room; we had to ask twice for towels, and at one point, they said they didn't have any. The staff was nice, but the receptionist seemed overwhelmed. No bugs or anything like that, and the beds were comfy; however, we won't stay there again."
