"I would give a higher rate on the staff, but there is this one person, at the front desk, he is an older gentleman with glasses, he is rude to foreign visitors not even acknowledging or looking at their faces when they speak to him. Everyone else was extremely nice"

"It was a nice stopover point after we flew into Venice and had plans to go up to lake Como first. We went to a great pizza place just down the street. The breakfast for 5-euro was incredible! The best we had our entire trip. It's a good location in the city, though busy. There was parking available that was free, I could see how it would fill up quickly however but we did okay. The property is in very good condition and our room was nice."

"This was our first stop in Italy with our 6 young children. This hotel was so nice and beds so comfy. Was easy to walk to get some dinner after we arrived. Staff is so nice! Loved this hotel and would stay here again!"
